Unlocks the Ocular Entrapment in the Item Forge. Also, one blueprint can be dismantled for some Forgefire reduction, or used to substitute a Spectral Penitentiary item.
Seasonal Rules: Unlocks items in the Seasonal and regular Forges when used by Seasonal Characters.
Cannot be transferred to the regular vault mid-season, but will do so automatically at the end of the season.
